Shipping starts at $3.99 for one face mask, and $.99 for each additional mask.
Shipping for gift items (tote bags, tees, etc) are based on weight.

Due to the challenges with USPS shipping these days, we'll make sure our customers receive their orders. If any order is confirmed lost, has sat in pre-shipment for more than 20 days, or mishandled by USPS, we will ship you a replacement right away.
All Orders: Orders are shipped out within 2-3 business days for processing and production. Masks are made-to-order, which means we have zero waste inventory and this allows us to provide significantly more design options (over 1500+) than any other brand.
Shipment labels are created when orders are shipped from our London facility, and then scanned when they arrive at a USPS facility in California. You will then start to see tracking activity within 48-72hrs. Delivery then takes about 4-5 days.
We have seen that USPS is delayed in updating the tracking information on the website but we have confirmed in tracking history (on delivered orders) that they have been scanning each step along the way.
Delivery Timelines: All orders ship out within 2-3 business days. Local carrier delivery timelines after shipment below:
- U.S. orders: 6-9 days via USPS Standard (tracking available but often delayed until date of delivery)
- U.K orders: 1-3 days via Royal Mail (tracking available)
- Canada orders: 10-15 days via Canada Post (tracking unavailable)
- Australia: 14-20 days (tracking unavailable)
- Worldwide orders: Avg 14 days - varies (tracking unavailable)

Let us know within 7 days of receiving your order if you want to exchange your face mask. For any exchanges, we will ship out the exchange upon receiving the new item.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping to send out the exchanged item is covered by CoverMyMouth. Masks must be unused and unwashed.
Clearance and sale items are are final sale only, and cannot be returned.
