Shipping starts at $3.99 for one face mask, and $.99 for each additional mask.
Shipping for gift items (tote bags, tees, etc) are based on weight.

We guarantee delivery by making sure our customers receive their orders no matter what. We understand the challenges with shipping these days so if any order is confirmed lost, has sat in pre-shipment for more than 20 days, or mishandled by USPS, we will ship you a replacement right away.
U.S. Orders: All Face Mask orders have consistently shipped out within 3-5 business days from our London U.K. facility and arrives in 2 days to our California U.S. facility to help shorten overall delivery time. From there we hand off to USPS to deliver to you. We have seen that USPS is delayed in updating the tracking information on the website but we have confirmed in tracking history (on delivered orders) that they have been scanning each step along the way.
U.K. Orders: All Face Mask orders have consistently shipped out locally within 3-5 business days from our London U.K. facility. Please note that Royal Mail is experiencing slight delays but on average about 3-5 business days to deliver, most have arrived sooner.
Delivery Timelines: All orders ship out within 3-5 business days. Local carrier delivery timelines after shipment below:
- U.S. orders: 6-9 days via USPS Standard (tracking available but often delayed until date of delivery)
- U.K orders: 1-3 days via Royal Mail (tracking available)
- Canada orders: 24-30 days via Canada Post (tracking unavailable)
- Australia: 24-30 days (tracking unavailable)
- Worldwide orders: 2 weeks on average (tracking unavailable)

Let us know within 7 days of receiving your order if you want to return or exchange your face mask. For any exchanges, we will ship out the exchange upon receiving the new item. For returns, we will refund you the cost of the masks.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Exchange shipping costs are covered by CoverMyMouth. Masks must be unused and unwashed.
Holiday face masks (Halloween, Christmas, NYE, etc) are not eligible for returns if ordered after the guaranteed delivery date. Unopened items may be exchanged.
