Try CoverMyMouth face masks for 7 days. Don't love it? Just let us know and we'll process an exchange or refund simple.

Let us know within 7 days of receiving your order if you want to return or exchange your face mask. For any exchanges, we will ship out the exchange upon receiving the new item. For returns, we will refund you the cost of the masks.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Exchange shipping costs are covered by CoverMyMouth. Masks must be unused and unwashed. 

Holiday face masks (Halloween, Christmas, NYE, etc) are not eligible for returns if ordered after the guaranteed delivery date. Unopened items may be exchanged.

  • Halloween: Oct 12
  • Thanksgiving: Nov 12
  • Christmas: Dec 12

A refund for the cost of the masks will be issued once we receive the items or if the customer provides a tracking # to confirm the returned items.

If the mask we made for you doesn’t suit you, you may return it. Every mask is hand made for you, and it will never cover another. For safety and health reasons, masks will not be resold and will be disposed.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returns and replacement orders if the exchange is due to no fault of CoverMyMouth.com so please be sure to refer to the sizing charts before placing any orders.

Our dedicated inspection teams in our production facilities look over every inch of our garments and other items for imperfections before its packaged. Occasionally a problem may be overlooked or hidden, and we are more than happy to make it right.

Received that wrong item or size? Send us a photo of the item received to customercare@covermymouth.com and we'll fix it.

Refunds
