All Orders: Orders are shipped out within 2-3 business days for processing and production. Masks are made-to-order, which means we have zero waste inventory and this allows us to provide significantly more design options (over 1500+) than any other brand.
Shipment labels are created when orders are shipped from our London facility, and then scanned when they arrive at a USPS facility in Memphis, TN. You will then start to see tracking activity within 48-72hrs. Delivery then takes about 4-5 days.
We have seen that USPS is delayed in updating the tracking information on the website but we have confirmed in tracking history (on delivered orders) that they have been scanning each step along the way.
Delivery Timelines: All orders ship out within 2-3 business days. Local carrier delivery timelines after shipment below:
